How do I get Family Mentoring Services?
Registration Process:
1. Sign Up via IFSP/IEP or contact DCARA directly to register.
2. Early Start Teachers or the child’s parents can request Family Mentoring services as language service with DCARA as a service provider in your child’s IFSP or IEP.
3. Contact us directly at info@dcara.org or 510-343-6670 to get started.
a. Fill out the Client Intake Form with Office Coordinator.
b. Registration meeting with the Family Mentor for additional paperwork, scheduling, and goals.
c. Submit final paperwork and you are good to go!
