Hello! I would like to share one of our stories. One of the clients came to DCARA to receive services. This client came to us because they were frustrated with their lease with the landlord and were struggling. As a Community Empowerment Specialist, I provided support and guidance to empower the client to resolve the issue. Finally, the client’s lease with the landlord worked out, and they now have a stable rental lease. Their budget has much improved. It was heartwarming to be able to contribute and witness this client achieve financial stability.

¡Hola! Me gustaría compartir una de nuestras historias. Uno de nuestros clientes acudió a DCARA para recibir servicios. Este cliente vino porque estaba frustrado con su contrato de arrendamiento y tenía dificultades económicas. Como Especialista en Empoderamiento Comunitario, le brindé apoyo y orientación para que pudiera resolver el problema. Finalmente, se resolvió el contrato de arrendamiento y ahora tiene un alquiler estable. Su situación económica ha mejorado mucho. Fue muy gratificante poder contribuir y ver cómo este cliente alcanzaba la estabilidad financiera.
