The IRS and the Treasury Department finally scheduled a payment date for the millions of Social Security recipients and most other federal beneficiaries who do not have to file tax returns.

The IRS and the Treasury Department announced they will start sending payments by April 7th, 2021.

If you didn’t set up an electronic payment, you will receive an Electronic Impact Payment Card (EIP) in the mail.
