HOW TO USE YOUR EIPCARD

[VISUAL DESCRIPTION: David Jimenez, a Latino male, is wearing a beard, glasses, and grey polo shirt. Behind him is black background.]

[BEGIN TRANSCRIPT]

Now my card has been activated and I set up my pin number–how do I use my stimulus money?

You have the option of using the card to purchase things in stores, online or over the phone. You can also use your EIP card to pay most bills. OR you can withdraw all the funds out of the card.

If you decide to use the card, you can make purchases using your card and your pin number. This is why it is very important not to forget your pin number!

If you decide to withdraw cash out of your card, you need to check the website (www.eipcard.com/locator) to locate which ATM you can withdraw your money out of without any fees.

If you go to any other ATM and not the one from EIPCARD website, you will be charged a fee.

On this website, you will see all these green pins for the San Leandro area. You can enter any zip code to find where the closest ATM is to you.
