Hello Fremont Senior!

Did you know about the Age Well Center was formerly known as Fremont Senior Center? I want to let you know that they are provided a register online; it is called the Active Net. For those senior people who are interested to join programs, classes, hot meals, events, and memberships. Additionally, there are new features on Google maps integration, instructor information, payment plans, calendar sync, and more.

In January 2021, it started taking registration for paid classes. However, there will still exist on the website link for free classes. Getting a new account is required if you are interested to be a part of the Active Net. If you are interested in participating with Age Well Center classes, but you do not know how to do it. You know what?! The Age Well program is offering both frozen and hot meals on every Thursday in March! You may need to create the ActiveNet account before you can start to order the frozen and hot meals online. If you have one, grab the opportunity and order.

It is important to remember which day you can order, it is every Friday the week before or wait until Wednesday at 1 pm. Orders can only be done one week at a time.

There is another alternative way to order if you are not able to order on your own, you can make a reservation through an email, agewellcenters@fremont.gov and put “Meals in the subject line or you can call at (510) 790-6600.

When you complete your order and they will call or email you to confirm your order.

Please do not show up unless your order has been confirmed via call or email. Credit card payment is required.

Frozen Meals on Thursdays
Frozen meals can be picked up at the Age Well Center drive-thru every Thursday from 12-1pm. Pick up or delivery and it costs $20 for 5 meals.

Hot Meals
1st, 3rd, and 5th on every Thursdays
It can be either pick up or delivery and it costs $8 for 1 meal.
