BREAKING NEWS:
California Gov. Gavin Newsom announced on November 19th, that the state is issuing a “limited stay-at-home order” due to the surge of COVID-19 cases.
Limited Stay-at-Home Order:
– Applies to counties that are in the Purple Tier
– Must be home between 10 pm and 5 am
– Effective starting 10 p.m. on November 21 until December 21
What you can still do:
– Go to the grocery or drug store while wearing face coverings
– Walk your dog and keep your distance from others
– Get takeout from a restaurant while wearing face coverings
If you live in the counties in and near the Bay Area — Alameda, Contra Costa, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Solano, Napa, Mendocino and Sonoma (more countries may be added later on) — be aware that they are currently in the purple tier so the limited stay-at-order applies to you.
Stay safe.
