Youth and Family Services
DCARA offers programs for parents, both hearing and Deaf, of Deaf/Hard of Hearing or Children of Deaf Adults (CODA) children including services addressing linguisitc and communication needs of the child and family. Programs include Deaf Mentor Program, Club Saturday family gatherings, Family Advocacy, and IEP/IFSP Advocacy.

Advocacy Services
DCARA provides communication access assistance, independent living skills, employment services, peer counseling, information & referral, advocacy services and community education that empower Deaf* people to live independent and productive lives, with full access to the rights, privileges, and opportunities available to the general public.

Employment Services
In partnership with the State of California's Employment Development Department, DCARA provides Deaf/HH job seekers the information, resources, and tools to seek and maintain employment. Our Employment Specialists also work closely with state agencies as well as employers to ensure that our clients are successfully employed.

Interpreting Services
Sign Language interpreters for deaf people in all kinds of the environment to be able to communicate with everybody. Top-notch quality interpreters with efficient processing service. We also provide other communication accommodations such as Deaf Interpreters (CDI/DI) and any other special accommodations upon request by contacting us.
