Being Michelle, a documentary film will screen in person on July 9th at 3pm with a 30 minute panel discussion with Michelle and the filmmakers.

The film will screen virtually in California for a limited time following the in-person screening. The event is ADA accessible, open captions and ASL interpretation will be available

BEING MICHELLE is a powerful feature-length documentary film about a deaf woman with autism who survived in incarceration and abuse and now uses her artwork to depict the trauma she survived and heal from her past.
