My name is Alise Harding [NAME SIGNER].
I work as an advocate for Fremont in the north of California.
I want to inform you that the Deaf Counseling, Advocacy and Referral Agency is providing the advocacy service in Fremont.
I am sure you want to know why the DCARA has added a location in Fremont.
There are numbers of Fremont residents who live in the town, those who attend the Ohlone College and California School for the Deaf in Fremont.
Fremont Advocate will be available to support and empower them to achieve in the future.
