DRIVE-THRU VACCINE SUPERSITE | OAKLAND COLISEUM (Part Four)

Observation

After you have gotten your vaccination dose, a staff member will give you a COVID Vaccination Record Card.

You will be directed to an observation area. If you are driving through, you will park and stay in the vehicle. If you walked in, you will be directed to a sitting area for a 15 – 30 minute observation monitoring period.

This is to make sure that you don’t have any side effect reaction to the vaccine.

A staff member will provide additional instructions for your safety. Please listen carefully and follow all instructions.

Please keep this for your records. It will be required to show a record card for your second dose vaccination to ensure you get the same vaccine type.
