[BEGIN TRANSCRIPT]
Danielle: Hi! I’m Danielle, Youth Services Coordinator here at DCARA. What is your name?
Michelle: Hi Danielle, I’m Michelle, I’m the new Advocacy Services Manager at DCARA.
Danielle: Welcome! Do you like to read?
Michelle: Of course! I just read a really great book, Hooray for Hat!
Danielle: Really? I love hats! What’s the book about?
Michelle: The book has different animals: an elephant, a turtle, a giraffe, and more. They struggle with their moods and uncomfortable feelings and they work together to take care of each other.
Danielle: Wow, that seems really important to talk about. Will you read the story?
Michelle: Yes absolutely! Bring your hats!
